Travel tips for fans
Flights between East and West Coast venues during the group stage are limited; FIFA has confirmed special chartered services between Boston–Miami and Seattle–Vancouver. Train options exist for fans staying in the Northeast corridor (Boston–New York–Philadelphia). Mexico City to Guadalajara is best handled by domestic flight (1h 15m) rather than 8-hour bus.
Climate considerations
Match kick-off times account for heat: most southern US venues will host evening matches (8–9 PM local time). Northern venues like Vancouver and Seattle have cooler climates suitable for afternoon kick-offs. Mexico City's elevation (2,250m) adds a unique tactical dimension.
